Orders and Shipping

How long does it take to process my order? Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. 

How long is shipping? Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is processed.

Will I receive tracking information? Tracking is provided for all t-shirt orders. Sticker orders are shipped through USPS standard mail to keep shipping costs low and do not include tracking. 

Products and Sizing

What brand are your shirts? We use Comfort Color tees for their quality, softness and long lasting wear.

How do your shirts fit? Our shirts have a relaxed, true to size fit. If you are unsure or want an oversized look, we recommend sizing up. 

How should I wash my shirt? Wash inside out with cold water and tumble dry low to keep your shirt looking its best.

Design and Brand

Are your designs original? Yes, every design is hand drawn and created by us. Nothing is copied or mass produced. 

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns? We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us at contact@showoutco.com and we will make it right. 

Can I exchange for a different size? Exchanges may be accepted depending on availability. Contact us and we will help you.
